This is the best meal prep I’ve tried in South Florida. Food is fresh, healthy, tasty, and perfect for my work lunches at a great price.
The variety of weekly options is great. They deliver, which makes it convenient and it is less expensive than weekly groceries not to mention the amount of time I save. The food is always healthy, prepared with low salt, and very little additional oil (if any) added. Everything has been fresh, and good portions. I wanted to leave a review since we recently just started using this meal prep service. We just recently moved to fort lauderdale and wanted to find meals that are made fresh weekly, not one of the big names with a store front but quality food. Meal prep by Nickita has checked the boxes and the prices arent outrageous either.
