The meals are exceptional! 100000/10. If you like flavor and clean eating, this is the company for you.
I have been ordering for over 5 years. So convenient and delivery is nothing but amazing. Meals are 10/10 and with my fitness journey there is nothing else I rather get other than meals from Nikita.
I wanted to leave a review since we recently just started using this meal prep service. We just recently moved to fort lauderdale and wanted to find meals that are made fresh weekly, not one of the big names with a store front but quality food. Meal prep by Nickita has checked the boxes and the prices arent outrageous either.
I love that the food is clean and portioned controlled for people eating for better health. Meals are tasty, prepared in a clean environment, and I have always experienced great customer service. I will always recommend!!!
My wife and I have very busy schedules, and it gets difficult trying to cook during the week. One of my friends recommended Meal Prep By Nickita to me, and after several orders, I’ve been thoroughly impressed. The food is always healthy, prepared with low salt, and very little additional oil (if any) added. Everything has been fresh, and good portions. The lemon pepper, salmon, with roasted red skinned, potatoes, and string beans, is amazing! Even my child loved the chicken Alfredo that they had for dinner today. Nickita is very friendly, and easy to talk to. The website has been easy to navigate, and laid out in an easy to use format. I don’t know if I’ll miss cooking at home anymore 😄😄
I’ve been ordering with Nickita for over 6 years and the meals get yummier every time! I love that she has evolved her website to make it user friendly to order and always offers amazing options. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for tasteful healthy meals.
The best meal prep service everything is REAL not frozen precooked meals. Delicious and makes me feel like I’m eating quality food that’s long term sustainable and not boring. Oh and did i mention super affordable and customer service is unmatched to any other company.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend them enough! Every meal is absolutely delicious, fresh, and made with so much care. You can truly taste the love and passion that goes into every dish. They use high quality, fresh ingredients, and it makes a huge difference in both the flavor and how good you feel after eating. Beyond the amazing food, they’re an incredible person—kind, reliable, and genuinely invested in making sure their clients are happy and well taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who combines exceptional cooking with such a personal touch. If you’re looking for meal prep that is healthy, flavorful, and prepared with heart, this is the best you’ll find! Please open location for your West Palm Beach fans!
I’ve been ordering from Nickita for years and her meals never disappoint. Everything is always fresh and tastes amazing. On the rare occasion that something is not as expected she always goes out of her way to rectify the problem immediately. I couldn’t ask for a better meal prep service. I’ve tried many others and I always come back to this one. I’ve been able to maintain my weight loss with her help and I’m extremely happy I can eat the foods I’m familiar with to do so
I’ve had an amazing experience with this meal prep service! Every meal has been fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned.
